Join us for an unforgettable evening of coastal flavors and pairings at our Oyster Flight + Wine Pairing Experience. This five-course tasting features oysters prepared five unique ways, each thoughtfully paired with a wine selection designed to complement and enhance every bite.

Guiding the evening is wine expert Victor Quaglia of Vintage Imports Wines & Spirits, who will share insight into each wine and its pairing, creating an interactive and educational dining experience.

From classic raw presentations to bold, modern interpretations, each course showcases the versatility of oysters from both coasts, paired with exceptional wines.

Classic Raw Oysters Served on the Half Shell | Chef’s Choice West Coast Oysters served with an orange mignonette

Southern Fried Oysters | Chef’s Choice Prince Edward Island East Coast Oysters lightly fried and served on a stone ground grit cake with peach coli
+ Paired with Cederberg Chenin Blanc (South Africa)

Third Course
Traditional Oysters Rockefeller | Chef’s Choice Maine East Coast Oysters baked with a spinach mousse topping and a Parmesan Reggiano crumble
+ Paired with Iris Pinot Noir (Oregon)

Fourth Course
Apple Smoked Oysters | Chef’s Choice West Coast Oysters hot smoked and topped with a fresh apple slaw
